1. Services:

DigiSol agrees to provide SEO services, Social media services, Content writing services, web development and graphic designing services as decided in the agreement with clients. This service includes keyword research, optimization, link building, and reporting. We will provide you services as decided at the time of agreement. 

2. Client Obligations:

Clients are bound to provide access to the website and other necessary material to provide SEO services. The client has to respond instantly. 

3. Fees:

The client agrees to pay the service fee as mentioned in the agreement. Any delay in the payments can result in the termination of services.

4. Termination:

If the other party breaches the information and fails to comply with the agreement either party can bring an end to the agreement with a written notice. 

5. Intellectual Property:

We provide live link details of SEO services or link building. We do not provide login details. All the rights are reserved with the service provider. 

6. Privacy:

Both the service provider and client agree to keep the agreement information private .

8. Compensation:

Client agrees to indemnify if there is any breach of agreement arises out by the client. 

9. Governing Law:

The law of Pakistan will apply to this agreement. Any violation of this agreement shall be dealt under the laws of Pakistan.

10. Entire Agreement:

This agreement encompasses all the steps of services between provider and clients.

11. Amendments:

This agreement can be changed or updated in written form. Without it, it shall not be acceptable.
